YAMAHA RHINO REAR CV BOOT GUARDS INSTALLATION



Rhino Rear UP TO 2007 CV Guard Installation Instructions
1-020
Remove product from packaging.
Hardware consists of:
• 4ea. ¼-20 x 3/4” BHCS SS
• 4ea. ¼-20 NYLOCK NUT
1. Jack rear of vehicle to release any tension from stabilizer bar.
2. Remove stabilizer from a-arm using a 14 & 17 mm wrenches .
3. Place guard in position.
4. Re-attach the stabilizer bar through guard and a-arm.
5. Insert ¼” bolts into two rear holes passing through a-arm.
6. Thumb the lock nut on each bolt.
7. Tighten both stabilizer bar and rear bolts.
8. Enjoy!!!!!

YAMAHA RHINO FRONT CV BOOT GUARDS INSTALLATION


Rhino Front CV Guard Installation Instructions

Remove product from packaging.
Hardware consists of :
• 4ea. 1/4-20 X 3/4 BHCS SS
• 4ea. 1/4-20 x 5/8 BHCS SS
• 4ea. 1/4-20 NYLOCK NUTS
• 4ea. 1-023 J-CLAMP
1. Remove O.E.M. boot guards.
2. Place new guard in position with largest side toward the front.
3. Insert ¼-20 x 3/4” bolts into two bottom holes from underneath passing through a-arm.
4. Thumb the lock nut on each bolt.
5. Place aluminum j-clamp over the front a-arm tube aligning with holes in front side of guard.
6. Thread ¼-20 x 5/8” bolts into j-clamp.
7. Tighten all bolts.
8. A third hole is provided in bottom of guard for an additional fastener if desired.

YAMAHA RHINO SEAT APRON INSTALLATION



Rhino Seat / Engine Compartment Apron
Installation Instructions
1-055D
Remove product from packaging.
Hardware consists of:
• 4 – ¼”-20 X 1 ¾” BHCS SS
• 4 – ¼”-20 NYLOCK NUTS
• 14 – 3/16” POP RIVET; 3/16 X 3/8 L
1. Remove seats.
2. Remove (3) plastic phillip head fasteners from the side of the factory seat apron.
3. Place the center cover onto the existing plastic, position evenly so that ¾” flanges are flush or behind front of seat
apron on each side.
4. Using 3/16” drill bit, transfer holes provided into the original plastic.
5. Fasten with pop-rivets provided.
6. Place the seat apron for each side over the existing seat apron.
7. Install (2ea. ¼-20 x 1 3/4” long button head bolts) into each of the (2) top holes. Using a lock nut to secure apron.
8. Position the part for proper fit and tighten all bolts.
9. Using 3/16” drill bit, drill through provided holes (careful not to puncture gas tank on passenger side) and insert
rivets provided.
10. Replace seats.

YAMAHA RHINO DRINK / CUP HOLDER INSTALLATION



Rhino Drink Holder Installation Instructions
Remove product from packaging.
Hardware consists of:
• 4ea. 8-32 x 1/2 BHCS SS
• 4ea. 8-32 LOCK NUT Z
• 2ea. CUP HOLDER; BLACK PLASTIC
1. Raise hood of vehicle to gain access to back side of dash.
2. Using 3/16” drill bit, drill rivets from warning panel from dash located below instrument panel
(DO NOT DISPOSE OF THIS WARNING PANEL).
3. Place warning panel over the metal cup holder bracket, INSURING THAT WARNING PANEL
IS VISIBLE align holes and go to next step.
4. Insert 4 bolts through both (warning panel and bracket).
5. Insert assembly into existing dash holes.
6. Tighten all fasteners firmly.
7. Insert plastic cup trays into large holes in metal bracket.
8. Enjoy!!!!!

YAMAHA RHINO POWER TIP INSTALLATION



0-500 Power Tip Installation Instructions
Fits Rhino 450 & 660 All Years
Hardware consists of:
• 1ea. 0-500 Power Tip
1. Remove product from packaging to insure all contents are included
2. Remove three (3) stainless M6 fasteners from stock muffler
3. Remove spark arrestor (round screen) from stock muffler tip (optional)
4. Insert spark arrestor into muffler aligning holes in spark arrestor with threaded holes in muffler
5. Place power tip flange against spark arrestor flange with power tip elbow pointing toward the
ground (away from any objects affected by heat), aligning holes in flanges
6. Re-insert stock M6 fasteners
7. Tighten all three fasteners
8. Hit the trails

Rhino Top Installation Instructions
1-001
Remove top from packaging.
Hardware consists of:
• 8ea. 1/4-20 X 3/4 BHCS SS
• 8ea. 1/4-20 NYLOCK NUTS
• 4ea. #28 LOOP STRAP
• 4ea. #24 LOOP STRAP
1. Place roof onto roll cage with the long side toward the back. Rear rain gutter
should be approx. 7-1/4in. from top of seat belt bracket for proper placement.
2. Insert the small clamps (SS-24E) onto the two cross bars, aligning the holes in the
roof with the holes in clamps.
3. Insert bolts through the roof from top.
4. Apply lock nut to bolt and leave loose until all fasteners are installed and roof is
in final position.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for outer clamps.
6. Adjust roof, centering top to best fit watching for equal coverage on side bars
while insuring that the front edge of roof is parallel to the ground.
7. Starting with the 2 inner bolts at rear tighten completely
8. Tighten 2 inner bolts at front cross bar.
9. Repeat steps 7, 8 for outer bolts.
